Every project we deliver passes through a full photoreal visualisation stage before a single wall moves.

Owners understand plans poorly and renders instantly. A sightline that disappoints in a render can be corrected for the cost of an afternoon; the same correction after casting concrete is a six-figure decision.

We model the light at three times of day. In Marrakech, where the sun is unforgiving from May to September, shading strategy is an architectural decision rather than an accessory.

The render is also a contract document. When the artisan, the owner and the site manager are looking at the same image, expectations stop diverging.
